Lasts forever March 28, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Drummondville, QC Canada   I bought mine in late 2018, first piece I bought for my larp armor costume. Even though I bought "better" armor, I just keep coming back to it. Its so light, easy to put on, virtually maintenance free and it never tarnishes. Absolutely worth every penny! Ordered XX-Large Black Maille V-Neck review October 13, 2022 Reviewer: Dimitri Harris from Birmingham, AL United States   I am a 230LB male that wears XL in shirts.   The XX-L fits well, is lightweight and is very easy to take off and put on.  You're gonna Have alot of excess arm room but nothing that can't be tied down.  I wish I could post pictures I'll be wearing gambeson under this for LARPing and I should have no issues. Completely worth the price. July 1, 2019 Reviewer: Ryan Powell from Sayville, NY United States   While I initially had a bit of a shock at the price going in, my concerns were immediately lifted upon receiving my shirt. The material is shockingly light, it's VERY easy to put on and take off, and it's worth every penny I paid for it. I intended to use this shirt for LARPing, and given its light weight, I'll be able to wear it for an entire weekend without a hint of concern.  I've already placed an order for the head cover, since I was that impressed with how light the shirt was. If you're hesitating because there isn't too much documentation on this stuff out there, don't.  This will exceed your expectations. The only criticism I'd have at all is that it took a bit of time between processing and shipping, but even then, sending an email inquiring about my order was fruitful. I received a response to my inquiry within 24 hours that gave me a reasonable timeline that was actually adhered to. Points for great customer service as well. Was this review helpful to you?

Armored Undershirt. May 12, 2016 Reviewer: Night Rider from Where there is danger... USA   The shirt shipped fast. I checked up on it daily and one day it said "shipped" and two days layer it was in my mail box. The stainless steel is very shiny. I really like the look and feel of this piece. The shirt is light weight (5 lbs) but I'd bet on it stopping most edged weapons from cutting me. I calculate that it would take a much greater than average stabbing force for a one handed knife attack to break these links and effectively stab me. I'm 5' 11" 155 lbs with long arms and the large shirt with short sleeeves fits me right. The "short" sleeves are too long to be concealed under a polo. Under a sweatshirt or anything long sleeved, this shirt can be invisible. A metal shirt is a great heat sink. On a warm day it draws heat from your body but don't let this shirt see the sun or the solar heated metal will dump that heat into your body. I wore it on a night bike ride and the rapid air movement really cooled the shirt and cooled me by proxy. Thank you ringmesh.com! Was this review helpful to you?
